How to write in Euro-speak

What follows is a real text. It is complete gibberish but it scores incredibly well on key euro-jargon and ‘buzz’ words. In that respect it can’t be faulted. The only buzz phrase that seems to be missing is, ‘digital eco-system’.

I hereby challenge anyone out there to better this!

EUROPEAN NET OF RURAL ELEARNING
There has come the moment to start a project that it allows us to invent the future, to invent new professions, to invent new services, to invent viable and original solutions as for employment and auto employment.The present document proposes an innovative project in development of new based professions, people’s social needs of formation, taking as premises the new technologies, the free software and the presentation of no barriers services.

GENERAL AIMS
Articulate an European net of rural elearning. Lay the foundations of promotion, experimentation and innovation of new sources of employment, as access to the labour market.

SPECIFIC AIMS
Promotes “new professions” based on rural zones residents social and formative needs.Enrich the traditional trades that guard relation with the NYE; by developments of new jurisdiction.Design, validation and certify the “new professions” curricular structure bearing the new technologies concretely those are applied on formation and based in free software.The adaptability of work tools (telework)The transferability and diffusion of results (Leader & Proder)
Creation of Transnational Nets
Contribute with the local sustainable development.
Contribute to the fixation of the population of the rural zones in general, especially the young ones, made easy them the access to a quality professional formation, focused on the employment or the self-employment.
Maintain the contact between; offer & demand of County employment.
Propitiate an effective and efficient occupational formation.
Generate a permanent training on the basis of the real needs of the managerial world.
Grant a leading role to companies and businessmen in the training and the formation of their current and future workers.

3. Develop the virtual campus of the net of rural distance formation.
4. Diagnose the reality and creativity applications. “New professions creation”
5. Designs of itineraries and formative contents for the occupational formation of the new professions.
6. Validation who combines itineraries and contents. Using a transnational pilot experience for each participant group.
