		<description>It is true that Professor Evans was once a respected chemist. However,  he is now seen by the majority of other scientists as being a misguided amateur physicist. The layman will not be able to follow the academic arguments. However, the fact that Professor Evans is also giving his wholehearted backing to perpetual-motion and anti-gravity machines should give the intelligent layman pause for thought.</description>
